Imran was fantastic from the start. Offered tea and coffee on arrival, very friendly and chatty. No pressure sales tactics, he just left us to look around the car in our own time, allowed us to test drive the car on our own for as long as we needed. Very happy with our purchase. However we did notice when we got home that the locking wheel nut key was missing. Imran was quick to get this rectified, ordered a new set of nuts and arranged to have them swapped over. Great customer service, highly recommend Car Box Ltd.
