Having little car knowledge and having to buy a car with my mum. I was nervous to buy an older car from a trader rather than main dealer. however, I found communication brilliant , no hard sale., Imraan was Very accommodating and when there was an issue with the car on collection this was resolved the same day, with the added reassurance there would be support in the future if it was needed.

Previously had a bad experience with a smaller garage and was really apprehensive about buying a second hand car from a garage again so was ready to do my research! I found a car I loved at Car Box Ltd and read the reviews about the garage first, I felt much more confident and at ease and was ready to view the car. Went to see the car and everything was really relaxed, I was able to look around the car myself without pressure and took it for a test drive, all of my questions were answered, nothing seemed like too much trouble! Agreed on the sale and confirmed to pick up a couple of days after. The buying process was so smooth, I was told all of the information I needed and given all the documentation for my new car! The advert was very transparent and I wasn’t sold a car that I only knew bits about. The car came with a 12 month warranty which is great to put my mind at ease further. Couldn’t recommend the garage enough and would definitely recommend to family and friends if they were looking to purchase a new car! Thank you so much :)

Good place for a first car

Imran is a total gentleman. He collected us from the train station, offered us tea and couldn’t be more accommodating to our needs.  I would highly recommend buying a car from this garage. Fabulous service all round!
